Order Processing
All orders are processed once your payment is confirmed.
Orders are handled on business days (Monday–Friday, EST), excluding national holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every mile of the way.
Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping times may vary depending on your delivery location. The total delivery time includes both preparation time and shipping time.

The time needed to prepare, pack, or produce your order before shipment.
Estimated preparation time: 1–3 business days.
If your order includes personalization or customization, please allow a few extra days for our team to process your request.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated transit times once your package leaves our facility:

Amazon Orders
Some products listed on RVing Trends are fulfilled through Amazon.com.
If you complete your purchase via an Amazon link, your order will be processed, shipped, and managed directly by Amazon.
In those cases:
- Amazon will handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for your order.
- Please refer to Amazon’s Shipping & Return Policy for details regarding processing times and customer support.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your RVing Trends account for real-time updates.
Please allow 5–7 business days after shipment for tracking information to appear.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages — you’ll receive separate tracking numbers if so.
If your order is past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.
- Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, any forwarding or redirection requests made directly with the carrier are your responsibility. We cannot guarantee recovery if the parcel is lost or damaged afterward.
