We believe every purchase should add joy and convenience to your RV lifestyle. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right with a fair and transparent return policy.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We handle each case individually and do our best to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable or Exempt Items

Several types of products are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature.

These include (but are not limited to):

  • Perishable goods such as food or beverages
  • Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., bedding once used, personal care products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Downloadable or digital products (e-books, software, etc.)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not due to our error.

30-Day Refund / Replacement Coverage

The following cases are covered by our 30-Day Full Refund or Free Replacement Policy.

If you are offered a refund or replacement, you will not need to return the received item.

  • The item received is defective, damaged, broken, or does not function properly.
  • The item received is different from the product description or customization details.
  • Incorrect or mismatched size.
  • Lost or missing items.

No Refund / Replacement

We are not liable for the following situations, which are not covered by our 30-day policy:

  • Requests made after 30 days from product delivery.
  • Incorrect product, size, or shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled due to customer handling.
  • Change of mind, personal preference, or taste.
  • Products purchased during discounts, sales, or promotional campaigns.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Name on the order
  • Order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the problem
  • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund

Our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please understand that we are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling mistakes, low-quality uploaded images, or incorrect product choices.

Review your order carefully before placing it to ensure all details are correct.

Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • Credit Card: up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

Products Purchased via Amazon.com

If your order was placed via a link to Amazon.com, it will be fulfilled and managed directly by Amazon.

Amazon is responsible for shipping, returns, and refunds under their own policies.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Important Notes

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
  • If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is processed.
  • We are not responsible for customer input errors, such as spelling mistakes, image quality issues, or incorrect product selections.
