The Hyperax Volt RV Hitch-Mounted Bike Rack is purpose-built for RV travel, featuring a reinforced 2” hitch mount engineered specifically for Class 3 or higher chassis-mounted receivers. This enhanced structure ensures maximum stability and safety on the road—crucial when carrying heavy e-bikes or fat-tire bikes behind an RV or trailer. The rack supports a total of 140 lbs, accommodating two bikes up to 70 lbs each, with compatibility for wheelbases up to 58” and tires as wide as 5”. (Step-through bikes require a separate adapter.)

To protect your bikes during transport, the rack uses co-injected rubberized ratcheting hooks that grip the frame securely without scratching. Dual key locks safeguard both the bikes and the rack against theft, while adjustable wheel trays and reflective straps keep wheels firmly in place. Additional security straps are included for added stability on long hauls.

When not in use, the rack folds compactly, and the integrated carrying handle makes it easy to move. A built-in wall-mount storage hook allows you to hang the rack neatly in your garage or storage bay. The anti-wobble ½-inch steel hitch pin ensures a tight, rattle-free fit for a smooth journey.

Designed exclusively for RV use, this rack must be installed on a true chassis-mounted hitch receiver. It is not suitable for bumper-mounted hitches, as improper installation may result in severe RV damage or safety hazards. For safety compliance, the total combined vehicle + trailer length must not exceed 50 feet, and trailer length is limited to 25 feet.
